Energy Sustainability
We invest in waste management partnerships, reusing 67% of generated waste nationwide. Future collaborations aim to repurpose non-conforming products into alternative processing chains — reducing environmental impact and promoting a circular economy.
Workplace Safety Culture
Our Beira unit operates with a solar photovoltaic system, reducing reliance on conventional energy and contributing to decarbonization. This pilot will be replicated across other group facilities.
Organizational Culture
Terramar prioritizes workplace safety with extensive training programs. Over 4,000 participations — including 1,500 women — completed 180+ hours of safety training, fostering a zero-incident culture grounded in prevention and dignity.
Excellence in Food Safety
Our Food Safety System ensures quality and integrity at every step — from reception to storage, handling, and customer display — reinforcing hygiene and food safety excellence.
